Attendance at Cafe in the Park constitutes attendance at a meeting. Be sure to wear your Lion pin so that our presence is known. Also, at the next meeting you attend be sure and write on the back of your attendance slip that you attended so that credit for the attendance can be given.

ON THE HORIZON
June 1 - June 30 - Blood Drive - Hours: Monday & Tuesdays 1:30 - 6 p.m., 2nd Friday of the month 7-11 a.m., 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month 7-11 a.m. at the Galesburg Donor Center, 555 N. Kellogg Street, Galesburg. If you want to donate at the American Red Cross that is certainly fine, just be sure and tell them it is for the Lion's Club.
June 3, 2008 - 7 p.m. - Board Meeting hosted by Lion Dwayne Morrison at his home at 171 Fair Acres Drive, Galesburg. All board members should attend. If you are not able to attend please let Lion President Sid or Lion Linda know.
June 13, 2008 - 6ish. Installation of Officers at Lake Bracken. The Club will provide the meat. Each family should bring a dish to pass. This is a very fun and relaxing evening. Please try to attend to show your support both for the outgoing officers as well as the incoming ones.
